EmulatorNexus' hook gives you access to the Multiplayer by complete accident because it since the last BC2 patch, the game no longer prompts for CD-key on launch, only when you try to login. But since you are logging in EN's servers, you aren't prompted a key either. It's an accident and they in no way support Piracy or did this intentionally, so don't go around saying they are "crackers" and they will bring you Battlefield 3 for free, because they MOD, not crack, and with BF3's license file, you will need the game to play online.

Rome is DICEs' fault.

They removed the DRM, so Rome incidently works without any license check anymore.

Venice Unleashed will check the license since the launcher will just launch the game with different parameters.
The original license check will be still active.

We're not cracking or touching files. We keep it legal.

Just because you own it on Xbox, doesn't make it okay to download it and play for free on PC. It's piracy if you downloaded it illegally because otherwise you would've had to buy it for PC too

UAC does only work on servers which are using it.

Also: NoFaTe will create a private anti-cheat.

Pros: Private, better, difficult to reverse (since it's unknown and completely selfmade), etc..
