And if VU tells me already before i install the game that this is an issue, i don't consider my Antivirus the problem.

I have the same problem, RAM or anything can't possibly be the problem. I added the vu.exe and the vu.com to my exception list of Avira, but it still sees them as a Virus or unwanted program. Any ideas on how to fix this?
