hi guys i downloaded the game and also update the game to the last one but when i did copy the roma project an error come that telling me MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer so how i can fix this game because i cant play it right now

evry time i enter the game i find that the ping is 90 and over even when i have a good speed on enternet and when i try to join he get a a massage told me that i have lost the connection and to cheak my network plz help me becouse i cant play the game and thx
