Hey powback, any progress on fixing that terrain importer? Are we any closer to having 1943 maps ported over to BFBC2?

Ah I see. I was only passing along what was given to me. So what can we do to convert them properly?

Would anybody have any use for these extracted BF1943 height maps for levels?

I was given these extracted height maps by a friend and wondered if they might be of use to you guys here so you could try recreating some of the 1943 maps in BFBC2? I know a lot of the static models from BF1943 are already in the game, as are stuff that could be used as placeholder from the Vietnam...

One of my favorite maps in the game for sure. I love it it looks amazing, but I have to agree with Mizudg here, if it is only client side would that not mean that we could gain an unfair advantage?

When I try to download the fix for 3.8 it informs me this...

Sorry, this file is infected with a virus

Only the owner is allowed to download infected files.


Could somebody please upload the fix somewhere else?
