Looks like i got it.
At the Server settings, there is a region selection. By default it was somehow empty. I did changed it and working now!

But i still dont know anything about connection problems. I was like needed 3retries to load my stats.

I was played a couple rounds on nexus servers, and after i wanted to go back to original by deleting dinput8.dll i got some problems. I needed like 5tries to reach the soldier selection(lost connection). When i selected my soldier, it took about a minute to load my stats. The server browser shows 0 ...
