i really dunno i'll turn off the firewall now if it's opened but i don't know anything about ports

now i can join servers but still need about 10 mins to load a map on the other hand i talk to a friend whoile loading he gets in the map before me and sometimes i can't join the game

Hi guyz, i have an account and i logged in the game and i can see servers but when i connect to any server it keep saying loading and nothing happens i said maybe cause it's the first time but i left it loading for about 15 mins and nothing happened .... So any solution or suggestions for my problem...
