When did that Plazma crashed and is there anyway to stop it from crashing ??? I mean is it problem in me or my computer or its just the emulator bug ???

+ when i logged i entered a server but i didnt kill anyone and it says i have 4 kills and 2 deaths ..... Cant understand all of this and i am mad cause i played alot to get my rank and now its gone and i think it problem with nexus emulator so pls replay fast to this post cause i dont want to lvl ag...
