whenever a game session ends, my game crashes to desktop without giving any error notice, what could it be? :/

i've installed this 1st time, i try to login it says unable to login, my user/pass doesn't have any characters(tried email too), i tried deleting game setting, disabling antivirus/firewall, no solution .please help
