Windows firewall is turned off and yea i guess the only thing left is to have a meaningful conversation with my provider. Anyway i appreciate all the help you have given me thank you very much and Game hard XD.

Master server problem
every time i to play i get a message saying it cant connect to the master server. I have no anti virus and i have a stable internet connection i also checked the server status and the servers were up so what seems to be the problem?
