Will i get banned.?

With all this modding, changing, alike stuff going around, will i get banned(a Registered BF3 account) playing VE's closed beta or let's say the release candidate. :?: And can I switch b/w VE and Official BF3 without getting banned or any problems.
If there's no chances of being banned by EA, plz explain why..?
Just Curious and Concerned.

No you won't get banned by EA. VU doesn't modify any gamefiles, it just uses them
