What we meant was that the removal of a flag with 64 players will make it just regular conquest and too crowded. The destruction of a flag, despite it looking awesome in this video however, can be a simple script after something has happened like on Caspian Border when the tickets are too low, they could've just set it when the tickets are at some point, to go boom boom seeing how it was just a demo but we'll see in the future.


I know what you meant so I told you the flag wasn't removed it just got down on the floor level and you can see in the video that guy swimming near the flag after it fell :mrgreen: and about the script it could be right or 80% right at least but what I'm wondering about is well the other towers fell too or it's just the C flag and IF they did "HOW :? " will it be by shooting the pillars like the tank in the street or in other ways.

I guess everything will be clear in time :ugeek: and it's not like I'm pre-ordering or something :lol: I might get it for 30$ with the DLC's after a very long time 8-) . anyway it's a discussion and about the jets I just saw one on the game cover but I'm not sure it's going to be in the multiplayer or not.

That's what I meant by it might be scripted. We didn't see anyone shooting it down or anything but we assumed it was the chopper and all the explosions around the building from the artilery and tanks. It might be scripted, it not be but in case, it looked cool to finally see the promised destruction of a whole building that we got denied little before the release of BF3. The jets will surely be in the game and this time around, they better freaking make them jet-like.. not paper planes. I hate the jet handling and the choppers could use some fixing too... just compare them to BC2 or BF2's..

You mean the jellycopter :mrgreen: yes it's like jelly when you bounce off walls and trees and don't forget the death beam and the rocket fuckpods leaving nothing unfucked

Now that is some news :P I might get it even earlier :mrgreen: it looks awesome so far for things like :

- In the pre-Alpha stage, you can counter-melee attacks that happen when the enemy comes towards you. You cannot counter melee attacks which come from behind.
- Levolution is a "concept", not just setpiece moments like the skyscraper collapse. You can shoot fire extinguishers to create a brief "smokescreen".
-If I heard correctly you can now lean over cover with a sniper rifle and look down the scope.
- Taking down the skyscrapers is done by shooting down four "pillars" on the four corners of the building. It is player controlled, not a timed setpiece at a certain number of tickets.
- You can use pistols while swimming in water.
- There is not unlimited ammo for main battle tanks. It seems that there is for attack helicopters.
- New kind of red dot sight, not sure what it's called.
- There is still debris falling from the sky around the map following the skyscraper collapse. :mrgreen:
- There seems to be a lot of microdestruction. Think Close Quarters, but all around the huge map. There is lots of debris littering the city.
- ELEVATOR MUSIC YEAAAAH!!!! 8-)
- Metal detectors, gates fire extinguishers and more create a more living and interactive environment
- Sick wave when the building collapses :o
- Map is dusty after the collapse of the skyscraper, low visibility
- What the hell was that kind of rocket launcher?!( probably AT4) :shock:
- 2 jet-skies on the back of the boat, you enter it automatically when exiting the boat.
- ZFB05 Vehicle for china
- Flash bangs?
- Defibs are now needed to be charged up before you can revive
- Vehicle disabling is in, but has been reworked and now takes into account what part was hit
- Special squad leader commorose
- No custom squads
- The waves are all dynamic and react to things like boats
- Levolution is on all maps, different maps have different kinds
- Prone confirmed!!! :lol:

It really seems like Dice is now actually listening to the fan base and their suggestions, still there are some d*ck heads "EA" who think of it as a milking cow forcing Dice to work on DLC'S instead of game patches just like what happened in BF3.

Also, no custom squads? ._. dafuq?
And the limited ammo seems pretty useless.

64 is for pussies , lets rent a HQ OVH server (~500£/months) and Make WW3 with 500-600 players. :lol:

Technically... 64 is just perfect for Battlefield. If you don't believe it, try playing on 128-player enabled server in BF2. It becomes too clustered :P
