[Rome] Server 2r16

Changelog:

  • Completely rewrote the stat-cache driver from scatch (improved performance by ~800%)
  • Updated the database driver for better compatibility with phpBB
  • Greatly improved session management performance
  • Improved the performance of IPC between Plasma, Theater and the API service
  • Fixed a small problem with string based server searching
  • Fixed a problem where servers would not register correctly to Theater
  • Fixed a problem with connections not timing out from Plasma/Theater
  • Fixed a problem with stats being incorrectly loaded in some instances
  • Fixed a problem with the blacklist affecting non-blacklisted servers
  • Fixed a problem with the database driver which caused Plasma to crash

Notes:
There's still a memory leak in Plasma that causes it to crash every ~36h which I'm currently investigating.
Till then servers will be restarted every day, when the player count is the lowest (~02:00 GMT).

all my connectivity problems have been resolved.
because of my internet's quality when ever i connected to the servers to play i would have lost connection with the server or master server. lately it happened so much that i didn't play the game anymore. i just played an hour right now without any problems. thanx NoFate :P
PS: my stats are fixed too ( it didn't affect my gaming but it was bother )

I've noticed that on popular servers the max player count tends to be reduced by a slot or two within a day (I'm aware that this is known). When Plasma restarts servers are able to take 32 players again without restarting themselves, but within few hours the server won't take the 32nd client even if there's a free slot. Within 12 hours the same thing happens to 2 slots, maybe even 3. Maybe it has to do something with the player timing out in a particular case e.g. when the map is changing/loading or something similar. It looks like the server is reporting on the console that it has 32/32 players but when in reality it reports to the server list 30/32, which is accurate. So maybe that user disconnected in such a way that it was not registered by the server and therefore counted as he was still in? I would love if this was fixed, and so would many others.

It's a master-server update...

Since you don't have NoFaTes' emulator, there is no need for it either.
