Multiple problems with Venice Unleashed

So i as soon as the mod was released i tried to play the game and this is what happend:
1 Launched Venice Unleashed.
2 Venice Unleashed updated succesfully.
3 The game launched.
4 Joined a server with a friend.
5 Got 10 to 15 FPS while i got 60 to 70 in the original game.
6 Tried to restart my computer.
7 Started Venice Unleashed and everytime it started it said "Battlefield 3 Stopped working."
8 Tried to reinstall Venice Unleashed.

Now i am stuck with this error in the Venice Unleashed installer:


Computer specs:
Windows 7 x64
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200 2.33GHZ
4,00GB RAM 1333Hz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 630 4GB
2 HDD Drives 200GB
1 Screen of 1280x1024


Tried running in adminitrator mode.
Tried running in every available Windows package.
Tried editing my screen resolution.
Tried edditing some settings in Nvidia control panel.
Tried changing in game settings.
Tried setting in game resolution to the lowest available. (This had no effect on FPS)
Restarted my computer

Non of this had effect on FPS or the starting error.

Same problem here , and I got disconnected from Zeus backend every 5-7 minutes of gameplay.
