Login error "You are not authorized to access this product"

I just signed up for the Emulator Nexus account, I downloaded the client, but when the program asks me to log in it says that I don't have the authority to access the product. What?? How do I gain access? Where do I go to gain access?

I am having the same issue. I have completed registration using the Email sent to me, but still no access.
