BF3 Stopped working

When your game crashes (while still in the "Has Stopped Working" screen), open your Task Manager, go to the processes tab (or Details tab if you're running Windows 8), right click bf3.exe, and select "Create dump file".

Afterwards, get the dump file, compress it using your favorite archiving tool, upload it somewhere, and PM me the link in the forums.

Open an explorer window, click on the path bar, type in this path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps and hit enter.

See if there's any files named bf3.exe.NUMBERS.dmp.
If so, compress the two (or three) latest ones and send them to me.

If not, let me know.

Ok, judging from these dumps it looks like the crash occurs in the nVidia driver.
From these dumps alone I cannot gain much more information about the exact cause of the crash (which might be a conflicting driver/program).

For that reason, could you please generate and send me an MSINFO32 report?
Make sure to generate it while Battlefield 3 is running.

Ok, from my understanding this issue is related to our WebUI rendering code on older (non-DX11) GPUs.

I've created an issue on our bugtracker, and will be looking into resolving this as soon as possible.
