We need regional moderators to announce these stuff for people who don't keep an eye on every "new post" that comes out...

You need to know the community.
I didn't translate this topic into the portuguese section, yet I got a bunch of people asking me "where to dl BF3 from".
Since this is gonna be a restricted beta, I opted by announcing it to specific people, rather than having everyone taking keys, when they don't even have the game, and don't understand how this works to be able to give a proper feedback on the beta experience.
If I translated this topic into the portuguese section, I'm sure that all 150 keys would have been taken right away (Brazil is a big country). But then a big part of those people who took the keys would be asking me if they can run BF3 on their pentium4 with onboard graphics...
When we're talking about a limited beta stage, we need to aim at a specific userbase.

I would ask, please ...everyone who took a key and do NOT own the game, give the key to somone who owns it ( if that is possible and the keys are not locked to the specific account). So the players who actually own the game can participate in the beta. That is important because, the main reason for the beta is to see if everythin works as intended.
