Also, since he is the backend he has to be maintained and paid for every month or service will be disrupt.

when it got released. We still need the backend to play Bathfield 3? So it will be like BFBC2 right? Unlike old Bathfield game where we can run our own server locally and play game locally?

Yes, there must be a connection to the backend.
However, at a later point, NoFaTe maybe implements a LAN function.

Will it be possible to import custom Hud (Client side) using ScaleForm GFx ? (I'm thinking about porting Crysis 1/2's HUD to BF3)

As of the current project state, no.
However me and kiwidog will be looking into it in the near future.

License files contain a hardware identifier, your account identifier, decryption keys for the game executable and several other product-related information.

Hum , Will it be allowed to "share" the access of the Closed beta with friends ? Because i'm in a Dev Team (C# , LUA , AS3) and i would let test mod feature to some of the members of my team.
