P.S. Yeah Actually that GT430 is old so lower your setting, like RobbinHood said you. I have the GT430 128-bit and on low when it have smoke and explosions it still lags like crap, so buy a new GPU

Well, it's 2 years old... That's quite a long time for a graphics card. Additionally the GT 430 was never planned to be high-end, so it's nothing special that BBC2 runs pretty laggy.
