Better Framerate

I'm asking for help because: My PC isn't really meant for this game and I get below 30 FPS all the time, even at lowest qualities. My PC passes the minimum system requirements, but it isn't easy for me to play.
What can I do? (I have tried setting the resolution to 800x600, but it resets the graphics everytime I do it)

I tried ALL of them.
You can see it in my .ini file.

Your processor is low, dont play on 32 players servers.

BC2 need good processor, thats all.

I can play on every server, just my score isn't what it would be when I'd have 30 FPS.
And that makes the game a bit more annoying.

Right click the file, go to Properties, and then check "Read Only" box, and then click apply and close. BTW, set the game at 800x600, close it, and make the file read only. What this does is it prevents the game for writing information onto the file

Hi, I did it and keeps changing to 1024x728 here. =/
