i used to host 2 bc2 servers and i want to host now the bf3 server but i can't find server files can someone share

You would need to be whitelisted by EA to host a server for BF3. And as Venice hasn't started yet, there is no need for you to get server files. Noone has them.

only some few game server provider are whitelisted by EA i didn't play more than 20 hours on bf3 because of that server files restrictions
