Im not liking it on the Title Screen

for some reason im on title screen and for one thing it is so slow (but when i play the game in single player its jus too perfect, nothings wrong)

and also when i try to join a server after logging in i lose connection and it automatically logs me off (does tis 3 times with 3 different servers and nothing changes)

is tis the cause of the slow menu, does anyone else has tis slow menu problem as well but can play on multiplayer with no problems? plz help
