With:

Memory Size: 4gb
Core clock: 1111Mhz (boost: 1163MHz)
Memory clock of: 7010MHz

& seems quite good for the price of 390$ US

Just wanted to know if anyone else out there has a good recommendation (below 400$ please :) ) before i go ahead and get this GPU.

You got one of the best for under 400. Tho you might consider the AMD 280x its around 380 and AMD is gonna go with their mantle API (BF4 Is gonna be the 1st game to use it ) They're saying 20-40% performance boost.
But the gtx770 seems a better choice for now :ugeek:

This german site made a 30-page review about the GTX 770 models from Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte, Inno3D, Palit and MSI.
Even though it's in german, you might want to take a look at the tables on the first page.

Their summary was:
Asus: Solid cooling, but the card's potential was not fully used
EVGA: Very good cooling and noise under high load, but too noisy when idle
Gigabyte: Cheap, very nice cooler (Windforce 3x) and not too noisy. Only negative aspect is that the cooler reaches unecessary high RPM when under load
Inno3D: Fastest card in the test, but loud and rather hot
MSI: Nice features for OC
Palit: Hottest card, 2nd fastest, but very cheap (best performance for the price)

Those are the 2GB versions of the cards, however.

I personally would go for the Gigabyte.
