ok guys , here are some commands that you might want to try
add these lines to Win32Game.cfg in the scripts folder :- (server side)

-Game.HasUnlimitedMags true
> no reload

-Game.HasUnlimitedAmmo true
> Unlimited ammo

-Game.IsGodMode true
> unlimited health in vehicles - players (you can't even suicide) BUT you can get killed by admin normally

-Server.IsDesertingAllowed true
> Disable Map borders
