Nope.
The "man" who made the patch was DICE.
They used retail patches (old method) which were able to be downloaded from game support sites.
BC2 didn't use Origami to download patches.
BF3 is different. It is bound to Origami and there are no standalone patches. No official ones.
The unofficial ones are way behind the current patch and nontheless Origami is the best method to gather all necessary patches without any files missing.
Give it up. You'll never find a way to patch the game up to the latest patch.
Wait for someone who leaks the game or buy it yourself.
