Play with friends

Hello everyone.
I've played roughly a month now, and i was wondering is there away to play with a friends. I know friend list is not working atm, that is why i'm asking is there alternative way to do it. If we join the same server we could be in opposite team? (switch team > too many requests/team is full or something else)

So, is there another way ?

Squad rush/Squad Deathmatch are pretty nice for playing the game with friends. Sadly, not many servers use these modes...
