Stat saving

Fri Jan 11, 2013 10:47 pm

I'm wondering if anyone have a idea how the stats and progress save working on BFBC2 and to be more specific is the stat progress registered on the server second by second or at the end of a round

for example if I have a 4000 point on the current game and exit from the game before the round end did I get that 4000 point or no cause medals and dog tag get saved even if you exit before the end of the round

so any idea

(Excuse my English)

If you exit the game your progress will be saved. However, if the server crashes (or it's shut down) you will lose your progress from that round.

The game server saves the stats on two different occasions:
  1. When a player exits the game before the round ends
  2. When the round ends
Shutting down the server without restarting the round will result in all player data that was accumulated in that specific game being lost.

Dogtags and other records usually get saved instantly.
